The terracotta statue of Apollo
of Veio has been placed in a restoration site
especially set up in the frescoed hall facing
the ninfeo under the Ammannati Loggia. The public
can watch the restoration operations through a
glass protection.
The Museum is open to the public
every day, except Mondays, from 8:30 am to 7:30
pm. The ticket office closes 45 minutes before
closing time and the price of the ticket is EUR
4.00 (entrance is free of charge for those under
18 and over 65; EUR 2.00 between 18 and 25 years
of age). There is no added charge for visiting
Apollo.
